Data processing agreement (DPA)

When you use Quantlix to process personal data on behalf of your organization, we typically act as a processor under GDPR for the portions of processing we perform on your instructions (for example hosting and operating the platform features you configure).

How to get a DPA

Enterprise customers can request our standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA), including the Annex II security description and subprocessor list, by emailing support@quantlix.ai from your company domain. Please include your legal entity name, billing address, and primary contact for signatures.

Subprocessors

Quantlix relies on vetted infrastructure and service providers to operate. Current subprocessors and change notifications are provided with the DPA package or on request.
