Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Quantlix services and customer portal offered by Navego AB. By creating an account or otherwise using the services, you agree to these terms and to any separate order form or plan terms that apply to your subscription.

The service

We provide Quantlix as described in product documentation and your plan. Features may evolve; we will not intentionally remove material functionality from a paid plan without reasonable notice where contractually required.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your content, your integrations, and your compliance with applicable laws. You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or use the service in a way that infringes others' rights.

Fees and taxes

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at purchase and any written agreement. Fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the services in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and courts in Stockholm have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
