Who is responsible?

Navego AB, Lillängsvägen 21, 131 41 Nacka, Sweden, is the controller for personal data described here, unless we process data solely on your instructions as a processor (for example content you submit to your own deployments) — in which case you remain the controller for that content and we act as processor under your agreement with us.

What we may process

• Account and billing details (name, email, organization, role, invoice references).
• Product usage and security telemetry needed to operate the service (for example request metadata, policy outcomes, and audit logs you configure).
• Support conversations you send to us by email or in-product channels.
• Technical logs required for reliability, abuse prevention, and fraud prevention (including short-lived security checks).

Why we process data

We process data to provide and secure the service, communicate with you, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. Where GDPR applies, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests (for example securing accounts and preventing abuse), and legal obligation as appropriate.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any statutory retention periods. Technical logs may be kept in rolling windows. You can ask us for more detail for your account.

Your rights (EEA/UK)

Depending on your situation you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability. To exercise rights, email support@quantlix.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Processors and transfers

We use infrastructure and subprocessors to host and operate Quantlix. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
